As the Consumer Activation Supervisor, you will:\nPosition:\nSupport the execution of consumer activation and experiential engagement initiatives to drive acquisition, engagement, and conversion\nImplement consumer activation plans across Reduced Market Combustibles, Shisha, and Reduced-Risk Products\ncategories in line with activation playbooks and brand guidelines\nTrack activation performance and provide insights, execution feedback, and market learnings\nCoordinate activation activities across Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés/Catering trade-adjacent environments, and digital platforms, working closely with Sales, Route to Consumer, and Trade teams\nSupport activation planning and readiness by managing calendars, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring materials, logistics, and agencies are prepared\nAssist in executing consumer events and experiential activations, ensuring alignment with brand standards and compliance requirements\nRequirements:\nMinimum 3+ years’ experience \nExperience in consumer activation, trade marketing, or a similar field\nStrong coordination and execution skills across multiple channels and stakeholders\nExperience working with agencies, suppliers, and cross-functional teams\nStrong communication and organizational skills\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment\nFluency in English required\nAre you ready to join us?
