(Learn more: jti.com)\nPlease apply till June 29, 2022\nLocal applicants are welcome.\nDepartment: Finance\nLocation: HQ Taguig\nReporting to: Customer Finance Manager\nRole: 3 months Fixed Term Contract\nWHAT THIS POSITION IS ABOUT - PURPOSE\nThe Customer Finance Support Staff is responsible to provide support to Customer Finance Team in accomplishing various projects on document management of Distributor Partners and Key Accounts Channels, which include, but not limited to, Collection Receipt Preparation Issuance and Monitoring; Creditable Withholding Tax Certificate compliance review, coordination for necessary correction, filing and archiving.\nWHAT WILL YOU DO - RESPONSIBILITIES\nPrepares collection receipts for Distributor Partner and Key Accounts payments and arranges mailing to customers' addresses.\nReviews Creditable withholding tax certificates received from Distributor Partner and Key Account Customer. Identifies non-compliance and prepares summary results of the review performed. Coordinates resolution and files documents.
