You will act as the key bridge between the business, IT teams, and external service partners, ensuring services perform as expected and risks are managed before they impact operations. This is a leadership and service delivery role focused on governance, coordination, and decision-making rather than hands-on technical execution.\nAs the Data Center Service Delivery Manager under the area ofD&IT, you will:\nOversee the delivery of outsourced data center and infrastructure services across cloud and on-prem environments\n\nGovern service performance, availability, resilience, and security through SLAs, KPIs, and regular service reviews\n\nHold vendors accountable for service quality, cost, and continuous improvement commitments\n\nLead incident and escalation management, coordinating resolution and stakeholder communication rather than performing technical fixes\n\nProactively identify and mitigate operational, technical, and business risks using data, trends, and insights\n\nDrive service improvement initiatives, including automation, observability, and SmartOps adoption in partnership with vendors and internal teams\n\nSupport disaster recovery planning, testing, and readiness activities from a service ownership perspective\n\nContribute to budget planning, cost optimization, and FinOps discussions using performance and cost data\n\nCollaborate with global and regional stakeholders to align infrastructure services with business priorities\n\nWhat We're Looking For:\n5+ years in IT Service Delivery and Governance\n\nWorking knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), container orchestration technologies (e.g., Kubernetes), and cloud native data platforms such as Databricks.\n\nSolid experience with core enterprise applications including SAP, TME, and others. Familiar with Smart Operations (SmartOps), AIOps platforms, and automation frameworks.\n\nStrong experience in IT service delivery, operations, or governance, ideally in environments with outsourced or managed infrastructure services\n\nProven ability to manage vendors and partners, holding them accountable for performance, cost, and quality\n\nComfortable leading during crisis situations, focusing on coordination, decision-making, and communication\n\nData-driven when discussing service performance, risks, costs, and improvement opportunities\n\nConfident engaging senior stakeholders and balancing business priorities with technical realities\n\nExperience operating at a service ownership or management level rather than as a programmer, server administrator, or purely technical engineer.\n\nWhat to Expect:\nAt JTI GBS, we prioritize your well-being with comprehensive wellness initiatives, hybrid and flexible work setups, and benefits like daily meals and shuttle services.
