The role serves as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, helping address workplace concerns, manage compliance risks, and promote a culture of integrity, accountability, and fair people practices.\n[ Success in this role requires a strong foundation in Employee Relations, Philippine labor laws, administrative due process, and stakeholder management, combined with sound judgment, critical thinking, and the ability to influence and guide stakeholders at all levels. While the role handles employee relations cases and compliance matters, there is also significant focus on manager education, policy governance, workplace compliance, and proactive risk mitigation.\nBased primarily at the Batangas Factory, the role partners closely with P&C, Legal, Compliance, business leaders, and employees across the organization. The position may also require travel to sales offices and business locations nationwide to support employee relations initiatives and stakeholder needs.\nAs an Employee Relations Manager, you will:\nLead and oversee employee relations matters, including disciplinary cases, grievances, workplace conflicts, and employee concerns.\n\nEnsure compliance with Philippine labor laws, company policies, and administrative due process requirements.\n\nProvide guidance and recommendations to managers and stakeholders on employee relations and workplace conduct issues.\n\nDevelop, review, implement, and maintain employee relations and compliance policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.\n\nMonitor and address labor compliance risks, contractor governance requirements, and third-party workforce compliance.\n\nPartner with Legal, Compliance, and business teams to resolve complex employee and labor-related matters.\n\nConduct employee and manager education programs on labor standards, employee relations, workplace conduct, and company policies.\n\nSupport government inspections, labor-related inquiries, audits, and compliance reviews when required.\n\nMonitor employee relations trends, compliance metrics, and risk indicators to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.\n\nDrive process improvement initiatives that strengthen governance, compliance culture, and operational effectiveness.\n\nBuild strong relationships with stakeholders across different functions and organizational levels, from frontline employees to senior leaders.\n\nRequirements:\nBachelor's Degree in Psychology, Legal Management, Human Resources, or a related field.\n\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, HR Compliance, or HR Generalist roles with Employee Relations exposure.\n\nStrong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, labor standards, and administrative due process.\n\nExperience handling employee relations cases, workplace investigations, disciplinary processes, grievances, and conflict resolution.\n\nKnowledge of contractor governance, subcontracting, and third-party workforce compliance requirements.\n\nExperience working in a manufacturing, factory, industrial, or similarly complex operational environment is preferred.\n\nStrong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.\n\nDemonstrated critical thinking, sound judgment, and the ability to balance compliance requirements with business realities.\n\nProject management, process improvement, and change management experience is an advantage.\n\nWilling to work primarily from the Batangas Factory and travel as required by the business.\n\nWhat to Expect?\nGain broad exposure across employee relations, labor compliance, workplace governance, policy management, and organizational risk management.\n\nWork closely with cross-functional stakeholders including P&C, Legal, Compliance, factory leadership, and commercial teams.\n\nTake on a highly visible individual contributor role where your expertise directly influences business decisions and employee experience.\n\nEnjoy the opportunity to collaborate with teams across the country through occasional travel to sales offices and other business locations nationwide.\n\nThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining labor relations expertise, stakeholder partnership, and strategic problem-solving to create a compliant, fair, and high-performing workplace.\n\nAre you ready to join us?
