Apply now!\nLearn more: jti.com\nLocal Applicants Welcome\nDepartment: Production\nLocation: Mingaladon, Yangon, Myanmar\nReporting to: Team Lead\nRole: Permanent\nJunior Maker Operator\nAs the Junior Maker Operator in the area of Production, you will be:\nResponsible to perform minor troubleshooting at assigned Maker Machine to eliminate the minor and regular operational issues with supervision.\nEnsure assigned machine is cleaned in routine as per provided cleaning checklist, DDS directions and deep cleaning activities are to carry out upon completion of production orders with supervisions.\nResponsible to strictly follow the brand change procedures and ensure all the materials are used accurately at the machine according to the product specification with supervisions.\nResponsible to operate machine at set efficiency and deliver finish goods with good quality, low reject and low cost with supervisions to ensure zero out of stock.\nResponsible to perform regular quality checking procedures provided from Quality Department.\nResponsible to fulfil yearly set KPIs related to EEHS, Manufacturing, Production, Engineering and Quality. Example of the KPIs are - OEE, beetle count, quality rating, reject ratio, technical efficiency, MTBF and Zero Out of Stock, etc.\nResponsible to perform shut-down procedures and start-up procedures for long shutdowns by strictly following the provided Check-list & DDS direction from Cell Structure Team CST with supervisions.\nResponsible to record all the machine downtimes inclusive of micro-stoppages and register in the GSCA machinery Downtime Entry with less than 5% of variations and human errors.\nResponsible to record all the wastes generated within the shift and register in the GSCA machinery Reject Entry accurately.\nParticipate in the implementation of EEHS projects/activities related to machine, equipment and operation by ensuring required works are being performed according to JTI standards, specifications and meeting local regulation and requirements.\nParticipate in IWS related activities as per CST guidance and all BOS.\nAssist in IICI deep cleaning activities, maintenance activities, suggestions and 5S3R activities in the plant.\nRequirements:\nDegree or its equivalent in Engineering (Mechanical or Mechatronic)\nMinimum 1 year working experience in production with semi-auto machineries\nMake Pack machine operation with set KPIs, IICI (beetle prevention and execution), EEHS, 5S3R.
