Apply now!\nLearn more: jti.com\nLocation: Malvar, Batangas\nReporting to: Building & Facilities Manager\nMAINTENANCE LEAD\nWhat You'll Do:\nReview and prioritize SAP work orders and notifications within 24 hours, ensuring timely updates, proper tracking, and alignment with business needs.\nLead daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance planning meetings to review completed tasks, prioritize upcoming work, and align schedules with the annual maintenance plan.\nDevelop and maintain the annual maintenance plan and calendar, lead breakdown investigations, and oversee preventive maintenance activities in coordination with internal teams and OEMs/vendors.\nManage consumables inventory and collaborate with the Cell Lead and Process Lead to optimize equipment startup, shutdown, and major maintenance activities.\nLead and implement the maintenance program for equipment within the assigned Cell.\nConduct equipment inspections, identify and report conditions affecting operations, and ensure proper implementation of 5S3R and closure of ERFs.\nPrepare the Cell's OPEX forecast and identify potential CAPEX projects, including support for BAP preparation.\nSupport the technical and financial evaluation of tenders and bids for CAPEX projects and maintenance contracts.\nMonitor preventive maintenance contracts and support the development of operating guidelines in accordance with applicable engineering standards.\nEnsure compliance with EHS requirements, FM Global standards, and applicable government regulations, including PEZA, DOLE, and DENR, including required equipment testing.\nPerform required FM Global loss prevention activities.\nCoordinate with cross-functional teams to address equipment breakdowns, operational issues, and other concerns related to the Cell.\nProvide support for after-hours maintenance and operational activities as required, and attend relevant training sessions and seminars.\nPerform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor and comply with EHS procedures, labor laws, corporate guidelines, internal regulations, and work instructions.\nMaintain a safe working environment by understanding workplace hazards, implementing appropriate control measures, participating in required safety training, and complying with all applicable legal and JTI health and safety requirements.\nDemonstrate safe behavior and promptly report incidents, near misses, unsafe conditions, and unsafe behaviors to the supervisor. Address identified hazards within the scope of authority and ability.\nWhat We're Looking For:\nEngineering degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; other engineering disciplines may be considered.\nAt least 3-5 years of experience in a technical or maintenance role, preferably in a similar position.\nExperience managing and working with technicians and service providers, with the ability to develop solutions that improve equipment reliability and performance.\nStrong administrative, team management, problem-solving, critical-thinking, and project management skills.\nIntermediate proficiency in MS Office applications and basic knowledge of SAP, EAM, or equivalent systems.\nFamiliarity with IWS principles and practices; knowledge of ISO standards is an advantage.\nExperience in the tobacco industry is an added advantage.\nAre you ready to join us?
