Apply now!\nLearn more: jti.com\nPlease, apply till November 9th, 2026\nLocal applicants welcome\nProcess Improvement Supervisor\nAs Process Improvement Supervisor, you will lead continuous improvement initiatives across factory operations, strengthening process capability, operational efficiency and performance through structured problem-solving, data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.\nThe position will be in Shebin Elkom - Menofia factory.\nAs the Process Improvement Supervisor, you will:\nPosition:\nIdentify, prioritize and lead process improvement opportunities across manufacturing operations to improve efficiency, quality, cost and service performance.\nApply Lean manufacturing, root cause analysis and structured problem-solving methods to eliminate losses, reduce process variation and prevent recurrence of operational issues.\nAnalyze production data and key performance indicators, translate findings into practical action plans and monitor implementation to ensure sustainable results.\nFacilitate cross-functional improvement projects with Production, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance and Supply Chain teams, ensuring clear ownership, timelines and follow-up.\nStandardize improved processes by updating procedures, visual management tools and ways of working, and support teams in adopting new standards.\nBuild continuous improvement capability by coaching employees, sharing best practices and promoting a culture of ownership, challenge and ongoing performance improvement.\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing Engineering or a related technical field.\nMinimum 2 years work experience in FMCG company in supply chain management position with in-depth knowledge of forecasting & logistics and distribution & warehousing management.\nPractical knowledge of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools such as 5S, Kaizen, value stream mapping, root cause analysis and Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA)\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data, identify performance gaps and convert insights into measurable improvement actions.\nExperience leading cross-functional projects and facilitating problem-solving workshops with operational teams.\nStrong communication, stakeholder management and change implementation skills.\nFluency in English; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.\nAre you ready to join us?
