Apply now!\nLearn more: jti.com\nLocation: Malvar, Batangas\nDuration: 18 months\nReporting to: Production Planning and NPD Manager\nProduction Planning Associate (Temporary)\nWhat You'll Do:\nDevelops, maintains, and optimizes the short , mid , and long term production plans using SAP/IBP. Ensures high service level, efficient line loading, and capacity feasibility for all machines and product families \nAnalyzes machine capacities, shift patterns, changeover windows, and resource constraints. Ensures plans respect labor availability, maintenance schedules, bottleneck resources, and operational realities \nBuilds detailed daily and weekly production schedules considering machine families, changeover matrices, scrap impacts, product compatibility, and speed differences. \nCoordinates with Procurement, WH, and Global MRP teams to ensure materials availability. Uses SAP/IBP exception messages to address shortages, delays, or quality blocks. \nMaintains tight alignment with Production, Engineering, QC, and Operations-supporting rapid issue resolution, last minute changes, and floor realities in a fast moving environment. \nUnderstand health and safety aspects of their work and learn about potential hazards, know and maintain required control measures in order to keep their workplace healthy and safe.\nDevelop their competency to do the work healthy and safely, participate in health and safety training and receive appropriate health and safety knowledge and required qualifications, observe and follow safety signs, posters, warning signals, and written directions and instructions.\nKnow Legal and JTI health and safety requirements associated with the work hazards and comply with all applicable health and safety rules and procedures.\nAlways demonstrate safe behavior, report incidents and near misses to their supervisor, report identified unsafe conditions and behaviors to their supervisor and eliminate them within their authority and ability to do so.\nWhat We're Looking For:\nBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.\nMinimum 3 years of experience in Planning, Engineering, Quality, or a related function; cross-functional experience is an advantage.\nProficient in SAP ERP, SAP IBP, SAP Fiori, and Microsoft Excel.\nStrong communication, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.\nGood understanding of supply chain, production planning, and operational processes.\nBasic technical knowledge of manufacturing operations; experience in cigarette production is an advantage.\nFMCG background is an advantage\nAre you ready to join us?
