Engineering Trainee / Intern

We are looking for an Engineering Trainee / Intern to join our team during an exciting large-scale engineering project.

In this role, you will support the Engineering team throughout equipment installation, commissioning and testing. You will work closely with suppliers, contractors and internal stakeholders while gaining practical experience in engineering operations and project management within an international environment.

What will you do?

• Supervise and support supplier activities on-site, including servicing, installation, commissioning, and testing of equipment, while facilitating communication between suppliers and manufacturing plants.
• Participate in machine acceptance tests, verification tests, and other technical trials; prepare downtime reports and presentation materials.
• Support engineering team in daily administrative and operational tasks, including contractor registration, purchase order preparation, collection of safety documentation, contractor onboarding, and monitoring of the Change Management process.
• Organize, update, and maintain technical documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and accessibility.

Who are we looking for?

• A final-year student or recent graduate in Engineering, Project Management or another relevant technical field
• Previous project management experience gained through internships, university projects or other practical assignments
• Advanced or strong upper-intermediate English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
• A proactive, responsible and solution-oriented approach
• Willingness to learn, take ownership and work in a dynamic project environment
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
