The role also helps improve testing processes, prepares reports and laboratory documentation, provides guidance to team members, supports audits and quality system requirements, and contributes to the efficient and reliable delivery of testing services that support business and product quality objectives.\nAs the QA Operations Senior Technicianunder the area ofQuality Assurance,you will:\nSupporting laboratory and quality assurance operations through product testing and validation activities.\nEnsuring testing equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and functioning effectively.\nEvaluating, documenting, and communicating testing results through clear reports and presentations.\nContributing to the improvement of testing methods, laboratory processes, and operational efficiency.\nCreating and maintaining laboratory procedures, work instructions, and quality documentation.\nProviding training and guidance to team members on testing procedures, equipment use, quality standards, and safety practices.\nSupporting compliance with company, regulatory, and quality management requirements.\nAssisting with audits, record management, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure reliable and high-quality laboratory operations.\n\nRequirements:\nEducation: Diploma, Technical Certificate, or equivalent qualification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Measurement Technology, or a related technical discipline.\nAt least 3 years of professional experience within a global-scale business, with sound knowledge of product quality management or quality assurance activities in either the tobacco industry or a multinational electronics company.\nExperience in product testing or laboratory environment is required, including hands-on execution of functional, reliability, performance, or validation testing, operation of test equipment, troubleshooting, data analysis, and preparation of test reports. \n\nAre you ready to join us Build your success story at JTI.
