In this role, you'll drive the adoption of Generative AI, AI Agents, Predictive Intelligence, AI Search, and related technologies to improve productivity, user experience, and business value while maintaining high standards of quality, security, and reliability.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead the design, development, and delivery of AI-powered solutions on the ServiceNow platform.\nDrive the adoption of AI and GenAI capabilities across the ServiceNow Delivery Center.\nDesign and implement solutions using Now Assist, AI Agents, Predictive Intelligence, AI Search, and related technologies.\nProvide hands-on technical leadership through solution architecture, design reviews, proof of concepts, and complex implementations.\nIdentify opportunities to embed AI capabilities into business processes and workflows.\nEstablish engineering best practices covering security, governance, scalability, performance, and responsible AI.\nMentor and guide teams in adopting AI-driven development practices and modern engineering approaches.\nWho We're Looking For\nUniversity Degree, preferably in Information Technology or a related field.\nAt least 5 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform in development, engineering, architecture, or solution design roles, preferably with experience in HRSD or various modules.\nExperience with ServiceNow AI capabilities, including Now Assist and/or agentic AI solutions is a plus, but not required.\nExperience with ServiceNow Build Agent, IDE, and Fluent development is also a good addition, but not required.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills.\nAbility to drive innovation, delivery excellence, and continuous improvement.\nPrevious experience leading engineering or development teams is an advantage.\nWhat to Expect\nAt JTI GBS, we prioritize your well-being with comprehensive wellness initiatives, hybrid and flexible work setups, and benefits like daily meals and shuttle services.
