JAG is committed to supporting farmers through reliable products, strong distribution networks, and sustainable agricultural practices.\n\nWe are recruiting to fill the position below:\n\nJob Title: Quality Control Inspection Supervisor \n\nLocation: Ibadan, Oyo\n\nEmployment Type: Full-time\n\nJob Description\n\nThe role ensures compliance with approved procedures, product specifications, customer requirements, and applicable quality standards, with emphasis on defect prevention, process compliance, internal audits, corrective action management, and quality improvement.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nVerify product conformity following rework or corrective action before recommending release\nSupervise the inspection of incoming raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.\nEnsure that all products comply with company quality standards and regulatory requirements.\nMonitor production processes to ensure they are operating within established quality parameters.\nWork with production teams to address and resolve quality issues.\nIdentify and report any deviations from quality standards.\nEnsure compliance with approved inspection plans, sampling procedures, and product specifications.\nIdentify non-compliance with established procedures and qualty requirement.\nSupervise the inspection, implementation and visual inspections, measurements, and functional tests using appropriate tools and equipment.\nMaintain detailed records of inspection results, including measurements, test results, and any defects or non-conformances.\nVerify allinspection results and maintain accurate records.\nPromote a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement within the organization.\n\nRequirements and Qualifications\n\nKnowledge of plastic raw materials and manufacturing Processes.\nPractical knowledge of injection moulding and blow moulding processes.\nRelevant quality management training or certification\nPrevious experience supervising QC and QA personnel is required.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and quality reporting.\nHND/ Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemistry, Materials Sciences or related field.\n3 -
