Receptionist at its Abuja office.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nHandle incoming and outgoing courier correspondence.\nCoordinate stationery requests, replenishment, and distribution to Abuja depots.\nHandle aptitude test applications from candidates.\nCoordinate lunch arrangements for employees attending meetings.\nSupervise cleaning activities to ensure the office environment is clean and well maintained.\nMonitor office supplies and procurement stock, including stocktaking, dispatch, and replenishment.\nAnswer, screen, and forward incoming telephone calls.\nCoordinate the distribution of purchased items to offices, depots, and company premises.\nWelcome and attend to visitors, directing them to the appropriate offices or personnel.\nPrepare and distribute travel sheets to employees.\nProvide administrative and secretarial support to colleagues.\nMaintain inventory records and prepare stock reports.\nArrange meeting rooms and hospitality requirements for meetings.\n\nRequirements and Qualifications\n\n1–2 years of relevant work experience.\nGood understanding of office administration.\nStrong organisational, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities.\nBachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAttention to detail and a professional disposition.\n\nHow to
