To learn more, visit www.judi.health.\nLocation: Hybrid (Local to Denver, NYC, or Charlotte area) \nPosition Summary:\nIn the Developer - Process Engineering role, you will be responsible for key activities associated with developing and engineering solutions in Salesforce, Jira and other Workflow tools. You will operate as a member of the IT Process Engineering team, and collaboratively manage a platform primarily utilized by our Sales, Customer Care, and Operations teams. \nThis role will drive change in a 24/7/365 Salesforce environment while accounting for the uptime requirements of the platform stakeholders. \nPosition Responsibilities:\nAct as subject matter expert in our Salesforce landscape and product use. \nSales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Government Cloud.\nCollaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable front-end solutions.\nWork to keep API integrations and installed apps, up to date and documented as needed.\nAssist partner teams in shaping their roadmap on our workflow platforms.\nAct as subject matter expert on the IT Process Engineering team, for any/all Salesforce tasks and responsibilities.\nPartner with Stakeholder teams to manage platform lifecycle and ensure process and procedure alignment across the organization. \nIdentify and clean up existing technical debt in the platform. \nCollaborate with partner support teams to remediate production issues that impact service, revenue, or fulfillment teams with high urgency. \nCollaborate with support teams to streamline and modernize deployment methodologies and processes.\nResponsible for adherence to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct, including reporting of noncompliance. \nRequired Qualifications:\nAn optimal candidate will have one or more of these Salesforce certifications or the commensurate practical experience: \nSalesforce Administrator\nSalesforce Certified Platform Developer\nSalesforce Certified JavaScript Developer\n5+ years of experience developing custom Salesforce solutions, including Lightning Web Components and Apex.\nExperience managing Salesforce Flows. \nProficiency in Apex programming, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and APIs.\nHands-On Experience with source control and release management tools like Github, Copado, and Flosum. \nUnderstanding of relational databases and SQL. \nAbility to work in cross-functional teams. \nExtreme attention to detail and highly organized. \nStrong written and verbal communication skills. \nThe desire to learn constantly and dive into new areas with unfamiliar technologies. \nPreference for those who have worked in the health care industry with a strong preference for Pharmacy Benefit Management expertise. \nExperience with Jira and or Service Now is strongly preferred.\nNew York, NY Salary Range\n$147,200—$180,000 USD\nDenver, CO Salary Range\n$132,000—$165,000 USD\nCharlotte, NC Salary Range\n$120,000—$150,000 USD\nAll employees are responsible for adherence to the Judi Health Code of Conduct including the reporting of non-compliance.
