Establishes implementation project plans, defines, and gathers requirements, outlines project objectives, defines success and leads client communications and presentations throughout the implementation process. \nPosition Responsibilities:\nLead end-to-end implementation of new clients across pharmacy and medical benefits, ensuring accurate, timely, and seamless onboarding\nEstablish implementation project plans, define and gather requirements, outline project objectives, and define success\nLead client communications and presentation throughout the implementation process, including, but not limited to, detailed and strategic guidance through documenting clients benefit design, communications strategy and trading partners data needs\nExecute and review detailed benefit and communication testing to ensure accuracy\nMaintain meticulous notes and constantly assess progress against key milestones\nProactively identify execution risks and develop solutions to address\nCollaborate with internal and external subject matter experts (SME) to facilitate successful implementation\nBuild and maintain trusting relationships with clients and any associated third parties through superior customer service and oversight\nExceptional project / time management, prioritization and organizational skills to ensure customer satisfaction during the onboarding experience\nSupport development of internal implementation and project management best practices\nSupport general business needs, as assigned\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience\n3+ years of demonstrated experience in pharmacy benefit management (PBM), regional or national health plan, and/or third-party administrator (TPA) implementation setting\nTrack record of leading cross-functional initiatives, driving high performance, meeting deadlines, and executing on deliverables\nAbility to lead multiple complex projects simultaneously and balance a range of key internal and external stakeholders\nExceptional written and verbal communication skills\nProficiency in MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint\nAttention to detail & commitment to delivering high quality work product\nAbility to work effectively with virtual teams\nAbility to travel 5-10%\nCertain times of year may require meeting participation, travel, service support or other requirements outside of standard business hours, including weekends.\nNew York, NY Salary Range\n$117,600—$147,000 USD\nDenver, CO Salary Range\n$108,000—$135,000 USD\nCharlotte, NC Salary Range\n$98,000—$122,500 USD\nAll employees are responsible for adherence to the Judi Health Code of Conduct including the reporting of non-compliance.
