The Site Reliability Engineering team is responsible for driving the adoption of world class reliability practices across the organization, ensuring the best possible experience for the lives we provide care for.\nAs a Platform Developer, SRE, you will be working with our internal teams to fine tune customer driven monitoring, alerting, and iterative feedback loops to increase reliability across the entire engineering organization.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nWork with internal development teams to distill customer facing metrics\nAssist internal development teams with crafting monitoring and alerting based on customer driven metrics\nWrite terraform modules that assist in the onboarding of internal teams to our monitoring and alerting platform\nHelp drive the adoption of world class site reliability principles and practices across the organization\nAdopt Agile/Scrum methodologies, actively participating in planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.\nRequired Qualifications\nExperience supporting 24/7 production on-call rotations, including responding to alerts and resolving incidents outside of standard business hours\nExperience in automating Observability & Monitoring (Grafana, Kibana, Prometheus), standardizing incident response for alerts to maintain SLAs and SLOs\nProficiency in Terraform, or similar IaC tooling\nPractical experience within a cloud provider and its component services (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc)\nSome experience in python, or bash scripting\nAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, IT security & compliance, product managers, and scrum masters.\nStrong written and verbal communication - you will help produce guidance that the broader engineering organization depends on\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in customer facing support roles, quality assurance\nExperience with Docker and container orchestration\nBackground in healthcare, pharmacy, financial services, or other regulated domains where data pipelines carry audit and correctness obligations\nNew York, NY Salary Range\n$108,800—$136,000 USD\nDenver, CO Salary Range\n$100,000—$125,000 USD\nCharlotte, NC Salary Range\n$92,000—$113,500 USD\nAll employees are responsible for adherence to the Judi Health Code of Conduct including the reporting of non-compliance.
