To learn more, visit www.judi.health.\nLocation: Hybrid 3 days a week in-office (NYC, Denver, CO or Charlotte, NC area) \nPosition Summary: \nWe are seeking a skilled and passionate Scrum Master to support the development teams in applying agile practices effectively, with a focus on the Scrum framework. This role will foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and transparency, while guiding teams through agile maturity and delivering high-quality outcomes. \nPosition Responsibilities: \nAgile Coaching & Facilitation \nFacilitate Scrum events and coach teams to self-organize and continuously improve. \nDesign and lead retrospectives tailored to team needs. \nConduct quarterly team health checks and maturity assessments. \nGuide teams in applying lean and agile principles to improve delivery. \nTeam & Stakeholder Engagement \nFoster collaboration between Scrum Teams and stakeholders. \nMediate conflicts and support team dynamics to ensure a healthy team environment. \nSupport onboarding and agile adoption for new team members and teams. \nProcess Improvement & Metrics \nIdentify and remove impediments to team progress. \nLeverage empirical data to drive continuous improvement. \nPrepare and present sprint reports including velocity, capacity, and predictability metrics. \nBuild and maintain workflows and automation to enhance team efficiency. \nProduct & Planning Support \nCollaborate with product teams on backlog management and empirical planning. \nAssist in roadmap development and release forecasting using agile metrics. \nPromote best practices in lean, iterative software delivery. \nA Successful Contributor has: \nPractical experience with multiple agile frameworks and their effective application. \nStrong facilitation and conflict resolution skills. \nExperience teaching and mentoring on Scrum and agile principles. \nUnderstanding of business strategy techniques like Lean Startup and Design Thinking. \nExperience with forecasting and release planning using agile metrics. \nKnowledge of CI/CD and emergent architecture in iterative development. \nAbility to build simple automation to support Scrum practices. \nStrong communication skills grounded in commitment, courage, focus, openness, and respect. \nQualifications: \nBachelor’s Degree in business, information technology, or 3 years’ work experience in related field required. \n3 years working in Scrum Master role or on a Scrum Team. \nCertified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification preferred. \nNew York, NY Salary Range\n$92,000—$115,000 USD\nDenver, CO Salary Range\n$84,400—$105,500 USD\nCharlotte, NC Salary Range\n$76,800—$96,000 USD\nAll employees are responsible for adherence to the Judi Health Code of Conduct including the reporting of non-compliance.
