We look for alignment to our 4 core values:\nPragmatism: Efficient and direct approach to an end result\nCollaboration: Humble team players\nIngenuity: Apply core expertise to solutions\nIntegrity: Character, honor, and trust\nWhat We’re Offering:\nCompetitive salary +10 paid holidays + 2 weeks of vacation per year + paid sick time\n401K with match to 4%\nExcellent medical coverage including Health, Dental, Vision 100% paid for employee and available for family members\n25,000 Life Insurance, AD&D, and Long-Term Disability Insurance 100% paid for employees\nAn exciting work environment with a great team that’s making an impact\nWhat You’ll Do in this Role:\nAssembly:\nAssemble a variety of case and mount products by following established workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions. \nBuild products using repetitive assembly processes while maintaining consistent quality, accuracy, and attention to detail. \n Assemble changing product configurations and adapt to new product designs and production requirements. \nSafely operate hand tools, light assembly equipment, and production machinery to complete assigned tasks efficiently. \nOperate and maintain auxiliary production equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures.\nQuality:\nVerify part numbers and inspect components to ensure materials meet quality standards before and during assembly. \nScan, test, and verify products throughout the assembly process using water, electrical, and vacuum pressure differential (PD) testing equipment to confirm product performance and compliance. \nCreate and apply product labels accurately according to production requirements and specifications.\nSafety:\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company safety policies and production standards. \nHandle materials, components, and finished products safely and correctly to prevent damage and ensure product integrity. \nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives by following standardized processes and providing feedback to improve quality, safety, and productivity.\nCollaboration:\nCommunicate quality concerns, defects, equipment issues, or process deviations promptly to the Production Team Lead or appropriate personnel. \nCollaborate with team members to meet production schedules, support workflow efficiency, and achieve departmental goals. \nPerform other related duties as assigned by the Production Team Lead\nRequirements\nQualifications:\n1-2 years of mechanical assembler experience, such as building chassis, aerospace assembly, or medical device assembly.\nAbility to read and use a ruler accurately for measurement checks on in-process products.\nCapability to perform medium to high dexterity tasks repeatedly throughout a full shift.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to following SOPs.\nAbility to lift up to 40 lbs as required by production tasks.\nEffective communication skills to interact with production leadership and team members.\nDemonstrated ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.\nWillingness to learn new tools, equipment, and processes as the operation expands.\nExperience working in a structured manufacturing or production environment is preferred.\nWhat You Need to be Successful in this Role:\nAttitude is everything: This role requires someone proactive, positive, and collaborative.\nDetails are an obsession: This role requires someone who enjoys managing little details without losing the big picture.\nYou Do What You Say You’re Going To Do: This role requires someone who is dependable to deliver quality work on time, collaborating with others as needed.\nSmall Business is exciting: The ideal candidate enjoys the little quirks of smaller businesses and respects the role they play in the community. \nThis position description contains the major responsibilities to perform this job.
