Our success stems from our people, who embody the values of Integrity, Achievement, Continuous Improvement, Innovation, Ownership, and Positivity.\nWhat you will do in your role\nDigital Workplace & Channel Management\nOwn the internal channel strategy and content ecosystem, anchored by Juhayna’s enterprise intranet platform (People Zone / SAP WorkZone integrated with SAP SuccessFactors).\nServe as the single point of truth for employee communications, ensuring seamless, segmented messaging across commercial teams, factory line staff, and head office functions.\nManage multi-facility communications and operational announcements, including regional logistics, company-wide rollouts, and corporate events (e.g., multi-site product testing tours and sampling activations).\nCultural Programs & Employee Engagement\nDrive cultural transformation and strengthen workplace identity through targeted employee campaigns and storytelling.\nLead and promote the innovation and idea-sharing platform to foster a bottom-up culture of continuous improvement.\nOversee and revitalize internal recognition frameworks, managing campaign facelifts and ongoing engagement for the employee recognition initiatives.\nCapabilities Development & Employer Branding Support\nPartner with functional heads to design visual identity facelifts and launch communications for internal development arms, such as the Juhayna Sales Academy.\nSupport employer branding narratives, aligning internal messaging with external brand values to elevate employee advocacy across channels.\nProduce high-impact written copy, visual briefs, and multi-channel creative assets for all internal launches.\nStakeholder Management & Change Communications\nAdvise executive leadership and HR partners on change management communication strategies during organizational shifts, system integrations, and policy rollouts.\nMeasure and report on channel analytics, campaign performance, and sentiment feedback to continuously optimize engagement metrics across both desk-based and frontline workers.\nWhat you will bring to the role\nBachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, or related field.\n8+ years of progressive experience in Internal Communications, Employee Engagement, or Corporate Communications within a fast-paced FMCG, manufacturing, or large corporate enterprise.\n Digital Platform Expertise: Demonstrated hands-on experience managing modern corporate intranet platforms and HR information systems (e.g., SAP WorkZone, SAP SuccessFactors, or equivalent enterprise portals).\n Language & Tone: Flawless bilingual capabilities (Arabic and English) with exceptional corporate drafting skills.
