Our success stems from our people, who embody the values of Integrity, Achievement, Continuous Improvement, Innovation, Ownership, and Positivity.\nJob Purpose\nThe Total Rewards Section Head will drive the implementation and continuous improvement of the company’s reward strategies to support our rapid expansion, retention, and talent acquisition goals. This role ensures that our compensation and benefits are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our evolving business needs to support the business’s rapid growth. They will work in partnership with the HR Business Partners to get business insights and ensure successful delivery of total reward programs.\nWhat you will do in your role\nCompensation Management:\nManage salary structures, pay scales, incentive plans, equity, and performance-based rewards that align with market trends and business objectives.\nConduct regular market benchmarking and analysis to maintain competitiveness in compensation offerings.\nLead job evaluations, Job grading, salary banding, and benchmarking against industry standards to ensure competitiveness.\nManage annual processes - merit increases, promotion adjustments, bonus programs, and incentive plan reviews.\nDevelop and maintain compensation and benefits policies, ensuring alignment with HR strategies.\nEnsure all compensation and benefits practices comply with labor laws, tax regulations, and industry standards.\nBenefits Administration:\nManage comprehensive benefits packages including health insurance, allowances, wellness, and other perks that support employee well-being and satisfaction.\nEnsure that benefits programs are cost-effective and aligned with company objectives.\nManage relationships with benefits vendors, ensuring quality service delivery and cost-effectiveness.\nStay current on regulatory changes and industry best practices to guarantee compliance and innovation in benefits offerings.\nMonitor participation and feedback to continuously refine benefits programs.\nHRIS Oversight & Analytics (SAP):\nEnsure the integrity and accuracy of HR data for effective reporting and decision-making.\nCollaborate with IT and HR teams to optimize system functionality and improve employee self-service capabilities.\nLeverage analytics to drive insights on total rewards effectiveness and inform strategic adjustments.\nWhat you will bring to the role\nBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline;
