You’ll respond to live support requests, investigate bugs in real time, and work closely with engineering and product to ensure issues are resolved quickly and clearly.\nYou’ll play a key role in keeping our customers unblocked, and helping our team stay fast, focused, and close to user pain.\nYou Will\nRespond to incoming support tickets and product questions (Intercom, Slack, email)\n\nInvestigate live issues, replicate bugs, and gather technical details\n\nCreate well-scoped bug reports with context, repro steps, and priority guidance\n\nPartner with engineering and product to coordinate resolution and track progress\n\nFollow up with users once fixes or workarounds are in place\n\nMaintain clean documentation, internal tools, and support workflows (Linear, Notion, etc.)\n\nSpot recurring themes in feedback and flag insights to product leadership\n\nYou Have\nHave 2-4+ years of experience in support engineering, product ops, or customer support at a SaaS company\n\nAre a clear and calm communicator, especially when customers are blocked\n\nAre curious and scrappy -- you dig into bugs, run tests, and clarify edge cases\n\nCan balance fast response times with thoughtful root cause analysis\n\nAre organized, proactive, and comfortable coordinating across functions\n\nAre based in SF or open to relocating (in-office 5 days/week)\n\nNice to Haves\nPrior experience in AI, SaaS, or recruiting tech\n\nTechnical / product manager background\n\nExperience with tools like Linear, Notion, Intercom, HubSpot, or PostHog\n\nAbility to write internal documentation, create bug tickets, or support triage automation\n\nPerks & Benefits for Full Time Employees\nTop-of-market compensation with meaningful equity, because everyone should share in our success.\n\nComprehensive healthcare with 100% employer-paid medical coverage for employees (PPO Platinum plan with $0 deductible). 90% employer contribution for dependents.
