Founded by experienced entrepreneurs, Jukebox Health is a fast growing healthcare services company backed by top venture capital firms like Valtruis and The Home Depot.\nWe are seeking a Project Operations Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone for a portfolio of home modification projects within their assigned region. You'll be the primary point of contact for Jukebox's service provider network, helping move home modification projects from bid through completion. You'll spend much of your day communicating with service providers - scheduling work, following up on bids, checking in on active projects, collecting closeout documentation, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.\nYou'll work closely with our Project Managers and Member Engagement team to surface risks early, resolve issues quickly, and create a smooth experience for our service providers and members. You'll also support the operational side of the business through order entry, claims processing, and maintaining accurate project records in our CRM.\nThis role is ideal for someone who thrives on a high volume of work, is a resourceful problem solver who takes initiative, and enjoys building relationships.\nKey Responsibilities\nService Provider Coordination\nAnswer inbound calls and emails, handle routine questions, and escalate to the Project Manager when needed\nFollow up with service providers to get bids submitted\nSchedule and confirm project start dates\nCheck in on active projects and flag delays or risks early\nMake sure providers understand expectations, timelines, and documentation requirements\nBuild trusted relationships with our network to keep providers responsive, engaged, and eager to take on our projects\nProject Throughput\nKeep a high volume of active projects moving through each stage without letting them stall\nWork daily from operational queues to determine priorities and next actions\nSend reminders ahead of key milestones and deadlines\nDocumentation, Claims & Administration\nCollect closeout documents, photos, and required forms, and follow up until everything is complete and accurate\nAssist with claims entry and processing\nEnter and maintain project orders accurately\nReview records for completeness and accuracy before submission\nResolve discrepancies and follow up on missing information\nKeep CRM records current and complete, including significant provider communications and project updates\nQualifications\nRequired\n2+ years of experience in vendor coordination, contractor coordination, dispatch, scheduling, project coordination, field operations, or a similar role\nStrong phone presence, comfortable spending much of the day on calls and email with contractors, vendors, or small business owners\nPersistent follow-up skills, especially with people who are busy and slow to respond\nStrong attention to detail and a track record of accuracy in data entry, documentation review, or administrative operations\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and open items without dropping details\nClear, professional written and verbal communication skills\nComfortable learning new technology platforms and working in a remote environment\nWillingness to travel occasionally for company events or field visits\nPreferred\nExperience in construction, home services, remodeling, or accessibility modifications\nExperience with claims processing, billing, or order
