Let’s shape the future of wealth management together.\nThis role, based in Hong Kong, belongs to Client Documentation Services (CDS) - Central Screening Unit under the COO division and has below job functions.Review client’s name screening results\nPromptly escalate all potential or true hits for further review and investigations\nPerform basic due diligence and background check on adverse findings\nLiaise with Front Office for additional information when required\n• Complete name screening tasks according to the bank’s screening standards and timelines\nYOUR CHALLENGE\nReview client’s name screening results generated by the name screening solutions and perform first level risk assessment assessments on name hits\nEnsure review and disposition of hits are adequately documented and cleared / escalated within the required timeline\nRequest further information from Front office, escalate potential or true hits identified to respective stakeholders\nGuide Front Office on name screening process where appropriate\nProvide ad hoc or administrative support as required by Team Head or Department Head\nYOUR PROFILE\nPersonal and Social\nHard working, responsible and able to work overtime if required\nMeticulous and accurate in executing work assigned\nAble to work under pressure and consistently meet work timelines\nExcellent inter-personal skills\nAble to work independently as well as be a strong team player\nStrong communication skills needed to coordinate with internal business partners\nProfessionaland Technical\nDegree holder or minimum of 2 years of related banking working experience\nHave basic knowledge in AML due diligence\nHave basic knowledge of regulatory guidelines\nPrior experience on handling screening hit disposition would be an advantage\nGood MS Office software knowledge, Outlook, Excel, Word.Python computer knowledge would be an advantage\nGood command of both written and verbal in English and excellent command of Chinese language ability\nWe arelooking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
