As a Programme Manager in the Talent Development Programmes team at the Julius Baer Academy, you will take ownership for our global Graduate Programme. You will play a key role in developing the next generation of professionals and strengthening the internal talent pipeline, fully aligned with Julius Baer’s strategic ambitions and evolving business needs.YOUR CHALLENGE\nCo-lead Julius Baer’s Graduate Programme globally in close collaboration with all regions, business units and HR\n\nFurther develop the programme on a global level in line with the Bank’s strategy and business demand\n\nDrive the entire Graduate life cycle (talent attraction, recruiting, onboarding, rotation planning, development, final placement)\n\nAct as trusted coach and primary point of contact for Graduates and line managers\n\nDesign, implement and evaluate the learning curriculum for Graduates and take responsibility for HR-related processes and tasks\n\nPlan and participate in university marketing activities, representing Julius Baer as an employer of choice\n\nAct as a key contact person, leading, promoting and communicating the Graduate Programme to internal and external stakeholders\n\nConstantly review and evaluate the progress of the programme, propose and implement improvements in terms of effectiveness and efficiency\n\nActively engage in other learning & development initiatives or projects of the Julius Baer Academy\n\nYOUR PROFILE\nUniversity degree or equivalent qualification in Banking & Finance/Business Administration or inPedagogy/Teaching/Psychology\n\nA minimum of 3-5 years’ working experience as a Graduate Programme manager or in a similar HR/Learning & Development role within a global organisation\n\nProven competency in talent development, in the design of learning journeys, curriculum development and programme management\n\nHR consulting and advisory skills, with passion to support and accompany young talents on their learning journey\n\nBoth conceptual capabilities and execution power, good project management skills\n\nExcellent communication skills, ability to collaborate successfully with various internal and external stakeholders on all levels of the organisation\n\nGood presentation skills to host training sessions, workshops, or meetings\n\nBusiness acumen and strong interest in private banking\n\nStrong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), experience with learning management systems is a plus\n\nFluent in English and German (verbally and written), French or Italian is an advantage\n\nWe arelooking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
