Let’s shape the future of wealth management together.\nGENERAL DESCRIPTIONResponsible for processing security transfer instructions of various products such as equities, fixed income, funds, structured products, derivatives and physical precious metals from clients covering Singapore and Hong Kong booking centres\nOpening of custody accounts with various custodian banks and maintenance of static data in the core banking system\n• Ensure daily activities are conducted professionally and accurately while ensuring that internal guidelines and policies are followed\nYOUR CHALLENGE\nKEY FEATURES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES\nClient Management (internal & external)\nCoordinates with internal departments and external sub custodians, custodians, agents & counterparties to ensure that daily work meets organizational standards\nMonitor the queries received and provide responses or holding replies within a reasonable timeframe.\nBusiness Management\nInput of transfer instructions received from clients into the core banking system. Ensure it meets all the pre-trade validation checks\nSubmits request for security master creation if the instrument is not available in the system.\nMaintenance of counterparty SSI in the core banking system\nEnsures that the instructions sent to the custodians are in good order, Swift exceptions queues are cleared daily\nEnsures timely payment of Stamp Duty / Tax and Fees, if applicable for any transfers\nParticipate in User-Acceptance-Testing when required\nRegulatory Responsibilities &/OR Risk Management\nDemonstration of appropriate values and behaviours including but not limited to standards on honesty and integrity, due care and diligence, fair dealing (treating customers fairly), management of conflicts of interest, competence and continuous development, adequate risk management, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations\nWork with the relevant teams in fulfilment of regulatory requirements\nYOUR PROFILE\nSKILLS REQUIREMENTS\nPersonal and Social\nGood communication skills and able to interact with people at various levels\nHigh level of integrity, commitment and drive to excel in the role\nDemonstrates initiative, passion, independence and is an effective team-player\nAble to work in a fast-paced environment and handle tight deadlines\nExcellent inter-personal skills with service oriented mind-set\nProfessional and Technical\nDiploma/Degree and minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in banking or related discipline.\nGood knowledge and understanding of the various securities products (i.e. equities, fixed income instruments, funds, structured products, derivatives etc.)\nCandidate with relevant experience in Security Transfer and SWIFT (MT5xx) knowledge will be an advantage\nProficiency in MS Office software\nWe arelooking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
