In this role, you will take ownership of the procurement and contract management of Transport & Installation (T&I) packages, as well as interfaces with foundations (FOU), offshore substations (OSS), and cable (array and export) packages, across a portfolio of offshore wind projects, from tender strategy through to contract award and execution.\nThe ideal candidate will bring proven experience delivering T&I procurement on behalf of an offshore wind developer or in a similar client-facing role, including contractor sourcing, tendering, and commercial negotiations across complex CAPEX packages. Candidates should already be based in Taiwan or willing to relocate on a long-term basis.\nRole & Responsibility\nYour role will entail developing and implementing procurement strategy, entering into contracts with the right suppliers, and supporting the realisation of the project in accordance with the project procurement strategy and contract management strategy.\nThe planning, implementation and execution of procurement and/or tender strategies.\nDraft and negotiate contracts including service, consultancy, supply and installation contracts.\nProvide guidance and advice to our clients on a variety of commercial and contractual matters.\nOn a day-to-day basis through the procurement process; tendering, negotiations, and contract execution; you will:\nLook to provide maximum value to our clients in terms of quality, price and schedule while minimizing risks;\nLead and coordinate commercial, technical, financial and legal expertise from both our clients and within JUMBO, while in turn ensuring compliance with our clients governance and approval procedures\nLead and perform the complete procurement process including issuing of requests for information, requests for proposals and tenders, evaluating proposals, recommending the award of and finalising contracts;\nEnsure that the procurement process is executed according to client policies and procedures, and documented in order to allow transparency and traceability throughout;\nIdentify all value items and their relationship within the scope of the procurement and set the tender strategy according to a well-defined awarding criteria;\nCoordinate the flow of information internally and externally keeping all stakeholders informed on progress;\nFinalize the commercial and contractual deal as a basis for the contractual finalization through standard general conditions and/or managing exceptions to those together with legal and the main stakeholders;\nAchieve maximum value while minimizing delivery, quality and performance risks. Find compromises and solutions to drive negotiations to a close under time pressure;\nActively participate in vendor relationship management, including: general communications and regular meetings, maintaining and improving vendor and market knowledge.\nWho are we looking for?\n\nWe are seeking passionate and motivated procurement professionals that are aligned to our Vision and excited by the opportunities and challenges of working in a rapidly expanding international business.
