Find compromises and solutions to drive negotiations to a close under time pressure;\nActively participate in vendor relationship management, including: general communications and regular meetings, maintaining and improving vendor and market knowledge.\nWho are we looking for?\n\nWe are seeking passionate and motivated commercial contract professionals that are aligned to our Vision and excited by the opportunities and challenges of working in a rapidly expanding international business. Ideally, you will have:\nExperience in a similar role, preferably in a matrix organization.\nExcellent communication skills in Japanese and English,\nAbility to travel domestically and internationally as required to support delivery of your package of works.\nExperience in major infrastructure and energy projects is welcomed.\nExperience with leading and managing commercial contracts and tender
