The IT Engineer is both a remote support expert and a local go-to person for IT facilities.\nResponsibilities:\nResolve global IT tickets across Tier 1, Tier 2 \nActive Directory, Azure Cloud Ops, and AWS admin\nEndpoint management using JAMF for Mac, InTune for Windows, \nOkta admin for SSO and MFA\nGoogle Workspace and Slack app admin\nAtlassian (JIRA and Confluence) duties as assigned\nDocumentation of SOPs and workflows and keeping knowledge up to date in Confluence and Google Docs\nManage onsite IT inventory (laptops, peripherals, security, tracking)\nHandle warranty repairs & vendor coordination\nProvision new devices (setup, configuration, deployment)\nManage asset collection for exit cases and perform secure data wiping\nProvide remote IT support \nAct as POC for internet/network issues; coordinate with vendor\nThis role will be required to be in the Vienna office 3 days a week, with travel to the London office when required. \nDuties as assigned\nExperience and Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience\nAt least 3+ years experience in IT\nCore Technical skills: troubleshooting systems, IT hardware, SaaS / Cloud environments, installed software\nRelevant tools: Google Workspace, Slack, JIRA, Confluence, Active\nDirectory, JAMF, InTune, Azure Cloud, AWS Cloud, OKTA\nCommunication skills: must have a can-do attitude, hands on, action oriented, and delivery focused.
