By building and maintaining automated testing frameworks, you will enable faster releases and higher confidence in the quality of our software.\nExample Responsibilities:\nDevelop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for web applications using Playwright, Selenium, or similar automation frameworks.\nCreate and execute API test suites using tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or equivalent testing frameworks.\nDesign and execute functional, regression, integration, and exploratory test cases based on business and technical requirements.\nValidate application functionality, backend services, APIs, and data flows across different environments.\nIdentify, document, track, and verify defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.\nExecute automated test suites as part of CI/CD pipelines and investigate test failures to provide actionable feedback.\nCollaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure adequate test coverage and quality standards.\nCreate and maintain test data, test environments, and supporting test documentation required for validation activities.\nReview application logs, monitor test results, and assist in troubleshooting issues across environments.\nTrack testing progress, highlight quality risks, and provide clear release readiness recommendations.\nExperience and Qualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\nStrong experience in test automation for web and API applications.\nProficiency in Java or JavaScript programming languages.\nHands-on experience with web testing frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, or equivalent tools.\nExperience with API automation tools (e.g., Postman, REST-assured) and a good understanding of REST APIs.\nFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).\nStrong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.\nBasic knowledge of UNIX/Linux systems and scripting.\nFamiliarity with AI/LLM-powered developer tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or GitHub Copilot for test automation and productivity.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\n@Work:\n Our state-of-the-art office in Prestige Tech Park III, Bangalore, fosters collaboration and innovation.
