ARE:\n4+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer\n\nStrong WordPress development and customization experience\n\nStrong experience with Next.js (frontend + API routes/server actions)\n\nProficient in React and modern JavaScript (ES6+)\n\nBackend development experience with Python & PHP\n\nExperience designing and integrating RESTful APIs and third-party services\n\nExperience working with databases (PostgreSQL, Firebase, Supabase)\n\nExperience building internal dashboards, control panels, and automation tools\n\nExperience implementing AI
