We all work fully remote.\nThe role\nWe are looking for an analytical, product-driven Full-Stack Engineer to join our team. We look for skilled & dedicated people who share our passion for building a product that millions of people use.\nYou will\nWork in an informal environment, for a global market;\n\nStrive to write clean, modular, flawless and scalable code responsible to handle millions of records;\n\nDesign new features from ground-up, from a given set of specs;\n\nBuild automated tests for your code while help improving and maintaining our current test set;\n\nBe in contact with our Customer Support Team, resolving technical issues and understand how to improve our service;\n\nTake responsibility, autonomy and ownership of your work.\n\nThe Recruitment Process\nWe will review all the CVs & Cover Letters received;\n\nFirst interviews - lasting 30 minutes. This is an introductory meeting with our People Department, so that you get to know Jumpseller and present yourself;\n\nTop candidates will be invited to participate in a Case Study. Not more than 4 to 6 invitations will be sent;\n\nFinally, a last interview - lasting 45 to 60 minutes - to review the resolution Case Study & focus deeper on your main professional project/achievement;\n\nOffer letter.\n\nRequirements\nMaster’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related quantitative field;\n\nStrong proficiency in backend development using Ruby, coupled with frontend experience in React;\n\nHands-on experience or academic focus in AI/Machine Learning, with an interest in building scalable e-commerce solutions;\n\nAnalytical / Maths / Strong Tech Profile. Analytical / engineer minded profile;\n\nNative proficiency in Portuguese and professional working fluency in English (both written and verbal);\n\nBased in Porto, Portugal.
