You’ll work directly with our CEO and Founding AE, driving the top of our sales funnel - from lead generation and qualification to outbound campaigns, automations, and first customer interactions.This role is perfect for someone who’s already gained 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, loves building relationships, and wants to grow fast in an early-stage AI company tackling real-world industrial problems.\nYour Role\nIdentify and reach out to high-potential manufacturing companies (food, chemicals, cement, paper, etc.)\nResearch accounts, build targeted outreach campaigns, and engage decision-makers via LinkedIn, email, and events\nExperiment with sales automation tools and continuously improve our lead generation process\nSupport creation of sales materials, demos, and case studies with the broader team\nWork closely with our AE to qualify leads and build a predictable pipeline\nAbout You\nStudent or recent graduate in business, economics, engineering or a related field\nFirst experience in sales, business development or a customer-facing role is a plus - internships, working student jobs and student initiatives all count\nStrong communicator - you enjoy writing clear, engaging messages and connecting with people\nOrganised and analytical - you like structure and improving processes\nEntrepreneurial mindset: proactive, curious and not afraid to try new things\nBonus: technical study background\nFluent in English - German is a plus\nBased in or willing to relocate to Berlin\nPracticalities\nBerlin-based, on-site.
