Our Operations Associates are the backbone of day-to-day service delivery, ensuring patients, labs, and clients are always supported with precision and care.\nYou’ll be joining a team of 10 Operations Associates, all based in the Philippines, working closely with our global team of 50.\nWhat you’ll be owning\nYou’ll be working directly with our Lab Ops Team Manager, Jewel, and our Head of Operations Aditya, alongside our customer support, customer success, and engineering teams. You will also interact frequently with external vendors, including diagnostic labs and healthcare partners.\nGiven our size and stage, you’ll have exposure across the company and contribute to building the foundations of how we run Operations at scale.\nWhat you’ll be doing day to day\nLab Test Management\nProcess lab test orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of results\n\nCoordinate with diagnostic labs, customers, and vendors to resolve lab order or resulting issues\n\nSystem Monitoring & Issue Resolution\nMonitor internal dashboards for system delays or outages\n\nProactively troubleshoot and escalate issues across multiple internal platforms\n\nCustomer Support & Communication\nProvide direct support to customers via Slack, email, and internal ticketing systems\n\nMaintain SLA standards for response and resolution times\n\nInteract with clients primarily through chat, with occasional voice support\n\nOperational Support\nAssist the Operations team with routine tasks to ensure smooth workflow\n\nCollaborate cross-functionally to support process improvements and documentation\n\nUse internal tools such as Google Docs, Linear, and Slack for communication and task tracking\n\nWho you are\n2-5+ years of overall professional work experience working with US-based companies\nBackgrounds we especially value: revenue cycle management, medical billing or claims processing, medical coding, clinical data abstraction, lab/diagnostics operations, IT or technical support, systems/NOC monitoring, or vendor/logistics coordination\n\nExperience handling medical data or lab results is a huge plus\n\nStartup or small company experience is a strong plus\n\nExcellent communication skills, especially written (B2 English level minimum -
