You're the final point of accountability for how it performs.\nUnderstand and actively manage key performance indicators, turning trends into action plans that improve store performance.\nDrive a strong sales culture through consistent coaching on product knowledge, patient engagement, promotions, loyalty and basket-building behaviors that grow sales and strengthen the patient experience.\nProactively identify business, operational, and people challenges, take action to resolve them, and bring solutions instead of waiting for direction.\nOwn execution of company initiatives end to end, communicating expectations, verifying execution, closing gaps, and delivering results.\nCoach consistently, set clear expectations, and follow through on performance, attendance, and conduct issues until they're resolved.\nDevelop Assistant Managers and Key Holders through ongoing coaching and delegation and identify high-potential talent to build a strong leadership bench and succession pipeline.\nPartner with HR to recruit, onboard, and train your team, and build a culture that reflects Jungle Boys' brand standards.\nEnsure your team stays current on product launches, regulatory changes, and patient allotment requirements.\nRun daily store operations, including inventory, product placement, and compliance tasks, delegating effectively to Assistant Managers and Key Holders.\nEnsure inventory audits, dispensation records, and incoming and outgoing shipments stay accurate and compliant with Florida cannabis law.\nManage scheduling, labor budgets, SPAH, timekeeping, and break compliance.\nServe as Manager on Duty, covering opening, closing, and cash handling.\nResolve patient and team concerns, escalating to HR or leadership when needed.\nSafeguard inventory through documented security procedures and protect patient privacy under HIPAA.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred; equivalent hands-on experience considered.\n5 to 7+ years managing in high-volume cannabis, retail, or hospitality, including hiring, coaching, cash handling, and inventory management (buying, merchandising, logistics).\nTrack record of owning store-level performance metrics and driving measurable results.\nPeople-first leadership mindset with a strong focus on accountability, coaching, development, and results.\nWorking knowledge of Florida cannabis regulations and patient allotment compliance, strongly preferred.\nOpen availability, including holidays, evenings, and weekends; up to 5% travel.\nProficient in Microsoft Office, POS, and inventory management software.\nThis job description may not be inclusive of all assigned duties, responsibilities, or aspects of the job described, and may be amended at any time at the sole discretion of the Employer.\nPhysical and Mental Demands:\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to remain in a stationary position, move and position oneself, communicate, operate, and prepare, and place, and position objects, tools, or controls.
