Our Managers are given a lot of responsibilities, but they’re also given the ability to make decisions and try new things. We want to see you grow and develop your career with us.\nJob Duties\nWork the floor alongside staff to set an example, promote a positive environment, and stay in touch with employees and customers.\nMaintain a professional and courteous attitude at all times.\nEngage with customers to make them feel welcome and excited about our products and services.\nOrder products and manage inventory.\nStock, rotate, and maintain existing product displays.\nBuild and dismantle product displays as required.\nDelegate tasks as required.\nSchedule staff. Monitor and address attendance violations.\nDetermine retail pricing.\nEnsure department sales growth and profitability.\nFulfill customer orders and requests in a timely, efficient and cheerful manner.\nUse a variety of equipment safely and correctly.\nTrain staff in the proper use of equipment.\nEnsure quality, freshness, and safety of products.\nCheck in deliveries and inspect for quality, completeness, and document accuracy.\nAdditional tasks and duties as circumstances warrant.
