This is more than a relief role - it’s an opportunity to work across the region, influence program quality, support service leaders and build the experience needed for your next step into Regional Management.\nThe Mobile Coordinator role is designed to provide operational leadership across multiple services, support educational program delivery, strengthen compliance and provide leadership coverage when Coordinators are away.\nWHAT WILL YOU DO?\nNo two weeks will look the same!\nYou'll work across our Gladstone region to:\nSupport Coordinators and service teams when they need an extra set of hands.\nAssist with ISS and program planning, helping services strengthen their educational practice and outcomes.\nPilot new programs and initiatives across the Gladstone region.\nStep into Coordinator positions when team members are on leave, ensuring children and families experience consistent, high-quality care.\nTake on an extended Coordinator placement when a service requires longer-term leadership coverage.\nCoach, mentor and support Coordinators, Assistant Coordinators and Educators.\nVisit services, identify opportunities and help drive quality, compliance and continuous improvement.\nHelp build workforce capability, succession planning and future leaders.\nWork closely with the Regional Manager on projects and initiatives across the region.\nTHIS IS YOUR NEXT LEADERSHIP STEP\nIf you're currently a strong Coordinator and thinking:\n“What's next for me?”\nThis could be it.\nThe Mobile Coordinator position gives you exposure to multiple services, different teams, operational decision-making, regional projects, coaching and leadership, while still being connected to service delivery.\nIt's designed as a step up from Coordinator and a pathway toward Regional Manager. You'll be supported to grow your leadership capability while being exposed to the bigger picture of regional operations.\n WHAT DOES THE WORKING WEEK LOOK LIKE?\nService-Based Hours\nMonday-Friday\n6:00am-9:30am\n1:54pm-6:00pm\nYour week will move between services depending on where support is needed.\nFuture Planning\nYou'll also work 5x 8:00am-4:00pm days each term to focus on:\nFuture program planning\nRegional initiatives\nPilot programs\nService improvement\nISS/program planning\nLeadership development\nHHQ Days will rotate: 6:00am-2:00pm or10:00am-6:00pm\nAlternating days as required.\nWhy You'll Love Working With Us\nNo weekends.
