This role is all about leadership:\nDesign and help lead a vibrant, child-centred program, filled with engaging experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, arts and crafts.\nAssist with rosters, daily operations, compliance, and administration.\nBuild a positive, inclusive team culture where Educators feel supported, motivated, and proud of the program they deliver.\nPartner with families, the school community, and internal stakeholders to ensure the service continues to grow and thrive.\nBe supported by an experienced Coordinator and Regional Manager, so you’re never doing it alone.\n Who are we looking for?\nWe can teach you about the job and sector, but a few basics you need to have:\nMandatory: Working towards or completed a relevant qualification to work as a 2-Year Qualified Educator in QLD in accordance withACECQA\nFull Monday - Friday availability \nNational Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko) \nEnjoys working with children and making a positive impact \nCommunicates clearly and confidently \nWorks well in a team and aspires to grow into a leadership role \nHolds (or is willing to obtain) a National Police Check and a Working with Children check \nHas Australian work rights \n At Junior Adventures Group, child safety and child safeguarding principles are our top priorities.
