This role is all about leadership:\nYou’ll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program, filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts-all designed to inspire and engage. \nYou’ll take full ownership of your team’s roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks-all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth. \nWith mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, you’ll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.\nAbout the service\nWallarano OSHClub is a vibrant service with a dedicated OSHC space, providing before and after school care as well our school holiday programs.
