We live and breathe our company values every day by being considerate, passionate, courageous, and making a difference.\n Lead, inspire and make a difference across our OSHC services in the Treeby region.\nWe’re looking for an experienced OSHC Mobile Coordinator to work closely with our Regional Manager and provide hands-on leadership across services throughout the region. You’ll step into different teams, strengthen service delivery and help create safe, inclusive and engaging environments where children can learn, play and thrive.\nYou’ll travel between services across the region to provide support where it’s needed most, with a motor vehicle allowance provided as part of the role.\nThis is a permanent full-time role, predominantly worked during regular daytime hours. Flexibility is required to work the below split shifts when needed.\nRise then Shine: Morning shifts generally between 6:30am-9:00am\nStay and Play: Afternoon shifts generally between 2:00pm-6:00pm\nSchool Holiday Program: Shifts will fall within holiday program operating hours.\nThis is an exciting opportunity to broaden your leadership experience, gain exposure to different programs and service environments, and build positive relationships with teams across the region. You’ll lead passionate Educators and help deliver engaging before- and after-school programs for children aged 5-12 years.\nYou’ll adapt to each service, support teams to deliver fun, child-centred activities such as STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts, and help create a safe and welcoming environment for every child.\nYou’ll oversee day-to-day operations, support rostering and administration, and ensure each service continues to meet its compliance requirements and deliver a consistent, high-quality program.\nWith guidance from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, you’ll have the opportunity to broaden your leadership experience and make a meaningful impact across multiple school communities.\n A natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow\nHold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!)\nState working-with-children check\nAustralian working rights\nNational Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko) \nTo be considered for this role, you will need to hold a completed relevant ACECQA-recognised qualification, including:\nWA First Qualified Educator - Have completed a relevant qualification to work as a First Qualified Educator in WA in accordance with ACECQA\nAt Junior Adventures Group, child safety and child safeguarding principles are our top priorities.
