models.\n\nVoice agent for market research interviews that identifies gaps, knows where to probe, and develops new hypotheses.\n\nSelf-improving AI systems where product usage feeds back into evaluations and optimization.\n\nAgentic entity-resolution system that combines in-app and web context to resolve mistranscribed company names and aliases\n\nAbout You\nWe're looking for product-minded AI/ML engineers who:\nBased in NYC\n\nAre opinionated about their work and eager to contribute to product decisions\n\nHave strong communication skills and a desire for a client-facing role\n\nAre able to break down AI/ML problems for a non-technical audience clearly and succinctly, and translate their suggestions into testable experiments.\n\nHave experience building LLM systems from the ground up in a product-focused organization, and can help drive everything from data gathering / logging → prompt optimizing\n\nHave a strong bias to action, highly organised and experienced
