Working alongside the Coordinator and Operations team, you'll play an important part in growing attendance, strengthening family engagement and helping create a thriving service that children love attending.\n About the role\nWith the Coordinator undertaking placement commitments throughout the year, you'll benefit from regular opportunities to step into a leadership capacity, providing valuable hands-on experience in service management, team leadership and day-to-day operations.\nThis is more than a support role.
