The service has a stable, permanent team, with ISS currently in place, and recently achieved Meeting in its A&R. Supporting around 45-60 children in the afternoon and approximately 30 in the morning, it’s a welcoming service with plenty of space for children to learn, play and have fun.\nAbout your new role\nAs a Coordinator, you’ll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This role is all about leadership:\nDesign and lead a vibrant, child-centred program, filled with engaging experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, arts and crafts.\nTake ownership of rosters, daily operations, compliance, and administration, with time allocated to do this well.\nBuild a positive, inclusive team culture where Educators feel supported, motivated, and proud of the program they deliver.\nPartner with families, the school community, and internal stakeholders to ensure the service continues to grow and thrive.\nBe supported by experienced Regional Managers and a dedicated Support Office so you’re never doing it alone.\n Who are we looking for?\nIf you have a passion for supporting children, we’d love to hear from you!
