Join us at our service inKew, as an OSHC Coordinator and lead a team of passionate Educators while making a real impact on the lives of children! This is a fixed-term, part-time role offering 21.5 hours per week, including 4 non-contact paid admin hours. You’ll work Monday to Friday: 2:30-6:00pm (Stay and Play).

About the role

As an OSHClub Coordinator, you’ll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This school also caters to Early Learning Centre (ELC) children, so a Early Childhood qualification would be highly beneficial. You will be confident supporting children across both the ELC and school-age settings.

  • You’ll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program, filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts-all designed to inspire and engage.
  • You’ll take full ownership of your team’s roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks-all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth.
  • With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, you’ll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.
  • A natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow
  • Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!)

  • National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)
  • VIC Diploma-Level - Working towards or completed a relevant qualification to work as a Diploma-level Educator in VIC in accordance with ACECQA
