As one of our newer services, it currently welcomes an average of 15 children each session, allowing educators to build strong relationships with children and families while providing personalised care and support. Featuring a large indoor environment, the service is able to set up and pack down each day, creating flexible and engaging play spaces that encourage open-ended play, creativity, and exploration.\nAbout your new role\nAs a Coordinator, you’ll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This role is all about leadership:\nDesign and lead a vibrant, child-centred program, filled with engaging experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, arts and crafts.\nTake ownership of rosters, daily operations, compliance, and administration, with time allocated to do this well.\nBuild a positive, inclusive team culture where Educators feel supported, motivated, and proud of the program they deliver.\nPartner with families, the school community, and internal stakeholders to ensure the service continues to grow and thrive.\nBe supported by experienced Regional Managers and a dedicated Support Office so you’re never doing it alone.\n Who are we looking for?\nIf you have a passion for supporting children, we’d love to hear from you!
