Sunshine Coast Grammar School OSHClub is seeking an inspiring and motivated OSHC Coordinator to join our growing OSHClub service. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a key leadership role where you’ll shape culture, drive quality, and make a genuine difference in the lives of children and your team.

This is a permanent, part-time role (33 hours per week) working across split shifts, Monday to Friday, including 4 hours of dedicated non-contact administrative time to support your success.

Service hours include:

  • Rise Then Shine: 7:00am - 9:00am
  • Stay and Play: 2:15pm - 6:00pm
  • School Holidays: Block shifts between 6:30am - 6:00pm

About Sunshine Coast Grammar School OSHClub

Sunshine Coast Grammar School is a leading independent school with a strong sense of community and a focus on providing an engaging and supportive environment for students. Caring for around 40 children each day, this is a great opportunity for an experienced OSHC Coordinator to lead a close-knit team, build strong relationships with the school community and create a fun, engaging environment where children thrive.

About your new role

As a Coordinator, you’ll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This role is all about leadership:

  • Design and lead a vibrant, child-centred program, filled with engaging experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, arts and crafts.
  • Take ownership of rosters, daily operations, compliance, and administration, with time allocated to do this well.
  • Build a positive, inclusive team culture where Educators feel supported, motivated, and proud of the program they deliver.
  • Partner with families, the school community, and internal stakeholders to ensure the service continues to grow and thrive.
  • Be supported by experienced Regional Managers and a dedicated Support Office so you’re never doing it alone.

Who are we looking for?

If you have a passion for supporting children, we’d love to hear from you! Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Working towards or completed a relevant qualification to work as a 2 Year Qualified Educator in QLD in accordance withACECQA
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within OSHC or childcare industry
  • National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)
  • A natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow.
  • Strong communication skills-you’ll be leading by example!
  • A team player who inspires others and encourages growth.
  • You have (or are willing to obtain) a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
  • Australian work rights.
