Guaranteed minimum hours: 15 hours per week

  • Morning Shift: 6:30am - 9:00am Monday - Friday (Rise then Shine Program)
  • Afternoon Shift: 2:30pm - 6:00pm Monday - Friday (Stay and Play Program)
  • Extra Hours available during school holidays!

Who are we looking for?

While we’re happy to provide training and guidance in the role and sector, here are a few qualities we’re looking for:

  • Mandatory: Working towards or completed a relevant qualification to work as a 2 Year Qualified Educator in QLD in accordance withACECQA
  • Availability Tuesday - Thursday for split shifts
  • National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko).
  • A genuine love for working with children.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A team player with aspirations to take on leadership opportunities.
  • Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!) and a state working-with-children check.
  • Must have valid Australian work rights.
