Primary responsibilities will include documenting, communicating and ensuring licensor compliance in a professional and clear manner. Documentation must be maintained so that it is readily available for review and consultation with internal stakeholders throughout various approval processes. The Licensing Coordinator supports company initiatives and corporate objectives through effective storing and communication of licensor compliance requirements, change requests, and approvals for Outdoor Cap and JUNK Brands. The perfect candidate is detail oriented, organized, and able to juggle many on-going project communications between product, marketing, sales, and external licensing teams.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nCoordinates day-to-day licensor-licensee communications related to approvals and revisions for products and advertising.\nMonitors license request queues for new requests and engages licensors with product and design approval requests in a timely manner that achieves business objectives.\nAccurately document and submit product and marketing assets to all license partners across Outdoor Cap and JUNK Brands.\nDocuments and maintains Licensing procedures and guidelines that will enhance the communication channels between internal Outdoor Cap Company, Inc.’s business unit directors and supporting departments.\nResponsible for coordinating and maintaining licensed properties for Outdoor Cap Company assuring proper approvals are obtained from Licensors for all aspects of product.\nAssists in preparing licensing proposals as well as business plan presentations necessary for the successful negotiation of licensing agreements.\nWorks with BI and analysts to prepare license reports by license and in aggregate to ensure we are hitting or beating minimums and achieving our license partner goals.\nAssists with product line reviews from a license perspective.\nResponsible for maintaining updated licensor database with key contacts records and last actions.\nUpholds Outdoor Cap's values of acting with integrity; working together as a team; treating each other with respect.\n Skills and Competencies\nProficiency in Office365 product suite.\nHighly collaborative, able to establish and maintain relationships, communicate clearly and effectively, and influence and work cross-functionally both internally and externally.\nMust have strong follow up, organizational, attention to detail, time management skills and ability to meet diverse deadlines.\nExcellent communicator (visual, written and verbal) and a creative thinker with the ability to use data to inform decisions.\nExcellent time management, multi-task oriented, organized and keen sense of personal accountability.
