We’re now looking for like-minded folks to join the crew.\nWho we're looking for\nWe are looking for a Company Secretary with 1-2 years of experience who is keen to learn, take ownership and build strong expertise in Secretarial, Corporate and Financial Regulatory Compliance.\nRoles & Responsibilities\nHandling day-to-day secretarial compliances under the Companies Act.\nAssisting in Board/Committee Meetings, AGM/EGM, including notices, agendas and minutes.\nMaintaining statutory registers and secretarial records.\nAssisting with ROC, RBI, SEBI, IRDAI and other regulatory filings.\nSupporting compliance requirements for NBFC, PPI, RIA and Insurance Broking businesses.\nAssisting in financial and regulatory compliances, audits and due diligence.\nSupporting investor/transaction documentation such as SHA, SSA, SPA, MOA & AOA.\nDrafting notices, responses, resolutions and other corporate/regulatory communications.\nWhat is needed for this role\nWhat we are looking for:\nQualified Company Secretary (CS) with 1-2 years of relevant experience.\nGood understanding of secretarial compliance and the Companies Act.\nGood drafting and communication skills.\nStrong willingness to learn and work across different areas of financial and regulatory compliance.\nExposure to RBI/SEBI/NBFC/Fintech/Financial Services will be an added advantage.\nA proactive candidate who is keen to take responsibility and gain diverse practical exposure.\nQaulification : CS (with Membership Number), LLB (optional)\nWhy you should work with us\nWe like people who behave like owners and see projects through to completion.\nWe take pleasure in tackling meaningful problems and crafting delightful customer experiences.\nWe appreciate healthy conflict, ownership, and commitment-we value consent over consensus.\nWe constantly raise the bar.
