From AI to behavioural science, we’re creating world class banking experiences, and we’re looking for more builders to join us.\nWho we're looking for:\nWe are currently hiring fresh graduates for a voice and non-voice process role within our customer support team.\nRoles and Responsibilities:\nSupporting end customers via various communication channels, including mail, live chat, social media, and on-call\nIdentify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction\nBuild sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication\nUse the right methods/tools to provide accurate, valid, and complete information. Handle\ncustomer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution\nKeep records of customer interactions as per agreed communication guidelines and defined policies\n.\nWhat is needed for this role:\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nExemplary people and communication skills\nFreshers can also apply\nCreating delightful customer relationships, which include consistent follow-through, setting proper expectations, and advocating for client issues within internal departments.
