And we'll need help doing it.\nLegal tech is on the rise, with Goldman Sachs estimating that 44% of legal tasks can be automated with generative AI. With the brand we have built and the agility of early stage we are well placed to capture this opportunity.\nJuro bills customers and pays suppliers across UK and US entities, and the volume keeps growing. We’re looking for someone who carries the day-to-day weight of finance operations together with the team.\nRoughly 60% of your week goes on AP/AR, and the rest is month-end and reporting support: reconciliations, revenue review, and pulling together what’s needed for statutory accounts, audit requests and VAT returns.\nYou won’t be doing this alone: you’ll work closely with Charlotte, our Financial Controller, who owns the close, and Ryan, our Interim Finance Director (stepping in for Eimear), who leads the Finance function.\nYour mission is to:\nOwn invoicing, payables and collections end-to-end so Juro gets paid efficiently, accurately and with strong control of cash, and support month-end so leadership can trust the numbers.\nSuccess looks like:\nInvoices done right first time: Contracts are turned into accurate invoices with minimal rework or back-and-forth with Sales and Customer Success.\n\nMoney moving smoothly: Customers pay on time and suppliers are paid accurately across our UK and US entities. You keep an up-to-date view of what’s owed in and out, and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) comes down over time.\n\nReliable month-end support: Your reconciliations are accurate and on time, you flag escalations early, and you contribute to month-end, revenue review and statutory reporting.\n\nSolid, scalable ops: Processes are well controlled (from supplier onboarding and bank detail checks to payment run approvals), audit-ready, and increasingly automated inside Rillet (our ERP) and Ramp (our spend management system). Try our personality quiz to see how you map against our principles.\nOn top of that, you have been part of a journey where:\nYou’ve done both AR and AP: raising invoices, handling billing queries, chasing payments or paying suppliers.\n\nYou’ve been the #1 point of contact for customers or suppliers on billing and payments. You can be firm about an overdue balance without damaging the relationship, and you keep Sales, CS and budget holders in the loop.\n\nYou’ve helped with a month-end, e.g. by doing bank or ledger reconciliations.\n\nYou’ve used finance systems day to day (NetSuite, Rillet, Xero, Ramp or similar) and pick up new tools quickly.\n\nYou read contracts carefully enough to know what should be invoiced, when, and what’s unclear, and you work with Sales and CS to get it right.\n\nYou notice repetitive manual work and want to fix it, whether that’s with a better spreadsheet, an automation or AI.\n\nBonus points if:\nYou’ve worked with SaaS contracts or subscription billing.\n\nYou’ve helped with VAT returns, US sales tax, revenue reporting or audit requests.\n\nYou’ve worked in a multi-entity (UK/US) business with multi-currency invoicing.\n\nThis job likely isn’t for you if:\nYou’re mainly looking for formal accounting training or a pathway to becoming ACA-qualified.\n\nYou want to own the month-end close or focus on technical accounting, rather than a hands-on mix of finance operations and reporting support.\n\nYou prefer clearly defined, static processes and don’t enjoy owning messy, real-world problems and making them better (especially with AI).\n\nOUR MISSION\nJuro exists to help the world agree faster by making it incredibly easy for anyone to agree and manage legal contracts.\nThe load on legal teams is increasing as business teams move faster with the help of AI.
